Bill Moore (WPM) is site owner and contributing editor. He lives in the Miami area. He has a degree in literature from the University of South Carolina, and continuing studies credits in fiction at Rice University and via extension from the University of Iowa.

Print publications include Thema, Florida Literary Foundation Anthology, and Juked04. Several of his short stories have been nominated for inclusion in print collections, such as Norton's Sudden Fiction anthology.

In addition to the many pieces he has posted here on 3711 (see archive), he has contributed to these online journals.
